IPTV TALAA Terms of Service

This agreement governs your use of IPTV TALAA services across Europe, USA and Australia. Please read carefully.

1. Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to IPTV TALAA ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "user", "you") and IPTV TALAA governing your access to and use of our IPTV streaming services, website, and related applications (collectively, the "Service").

By subscribing to, accessing, or using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service.

Jurisdiction: This agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom and the European Union, with provisions for customers in the USA and Australia.

2. Service Description

IPTV TALAA provides Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) services including:

  • Live TV channels: 45,000+ channels from Europe, USA, Australia and worldwide
  • Video on Demand (VOD): 150,000+ movies and TV series
  • 4K/8K streaming: Where available and supported by your device and internet connection
  • EPG (Electronic Program Guide): Multi-language program information
  • Catch-up TV: Replay content from up to 7 days

Our service is delivered via M3U playlists and Xtream Codes API. We provide credentials for compatible IPTV players (IPTV Smarters Pro, Tivimate, Perfect Player, VLC, etc.).

Service availability: We maintain servers in the UK, Netherlands, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, USA, and Australia to ensure optimal streaming quality.

3. Subscription Plans & Pricing

All prices are in Euro (€). Customers in USA and Australia will see converted prices at checkout based on current exchange rates.

3.2 Device Connections

Each subscription includes 1 simultaneous connection (one stream at a time). Additional connections may be purchased for €3/month per extra device. You may register the service on multiple devices but can only stream on one at a time unless additional connections are purchased.

3.3 Country Packages

  • 1 Month: Choose up to 2 country packages
  • 3 Months: Choose up to 3 country packages
  • 6 Months: Choose up to 4 country packages
  • 12 Months: ALL country packages included (UK, NL, USA, AU, DE, FR, IT, ES, PT, BE, CH, AT, etc.)

Country packages can be changed by contacting support via WhatsApp. Changes are processed within 24 hours.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express (processed securely via Stripe)
  • PayPal
  • Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), USDT (TRC-20/ERC-20) – 10% discount applies
  • European Methods: iDEAL (Netherlands), Bancontact (Belgium), Giropay (Germany), SEPA bank transfer
  • Australian Bank Transfer

4.2 Billing Cycle

Subscriptions are prepaid for the selected period. No automatic renewals – you will receive a reminder before expiration and must manually renew. This ensures you never get charged unexpectedly.

4.3 Crypto Discounts

Customers paying with cryptocurrency receive a 10% discount on all plans. Discount is applied at checkout. Crypto payments are final and non-refundable due to the nature of blockchain transactions, except as covered by our refund policy.

Security: All payments are processed through SSL-encrypted gateways. We do not store your credit card or payment details.

5. Free Trial

We offer a 24-hour free trial to new customers. Trial terms:

  • Full access to all channels and VOD content
  • No payment information required
  • Limited to one trial per household/IP address
  • Trial must be requested via WhatsApp
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue trials at any time

The trial is intended for genuine evaluation. Abuse of the trial system may result in permanent ban from our services.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

6.2 Refund Process

  • Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order details
  • Refunds are processed within 24 hours
  • Refunds issued to original payment method
  • For crypto payments, refunds are issued in equivalent USDT (due to volatility)

6.3 Exceptions

Refunds are not available for:

  • Customers who have used more than 30 days of service
  • Abusive or fraudulent activity
  • Issues caused by the customer's internet connection or device incompatibility (we will help troubleshoot first)
Fairness: We want you to be happy. If you're having issues, contact us first – we'll do everything to resolve them before resorting to refunds.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

By using our service, you agree NOT to:

  • Resell, redistribute, or broadcast our streams without written permission
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
  • Use the service for commercial purposes without a reseller agreement
  • Attempt to bypass geographical restrictions using unauthorized means
  • Use the service for illegal activities or to stream illegal content
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our streaming protocols
  • Use automated tools to scrape or download content
  • Share the service with more devices than your subscription allows

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

8. Technical Requirements

To use our service optimally, you need:

  • Internet speed: Minimum 15 Mbps for HD, 25 Mbps for 4K, 50 Mbps for 8K
  • Compatible device: Smart TV, Android TV box, Fire Stick, Apple TV, iOS/Android device, PC/Mac
  • Supported apps: IPTV Smarters Pro, Tivimate, Perfect Player, VLC, Kodi, or any M3U-compatible player
  • Stable connection: Wired Ethernet recommended for best performance

We provide setup guides for all major devices and apps. Support is available 24/7 via WhatsApp.

9. Service Availability & Maintenance

We strive for 99.9% uptime, but occasional interruptions may occur due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance (notified in advance via WhatsApp broadcast)
  • Emergency technical issues
  • Factors beyond our control (ISP issues, power outages, etc.)

We do not provide refunds for short-term outages (under 6 hours) but will extend subscription time proportionally for significant downtime.

10. Intellectual Property

All content available through IPTV TALAA is licensed from content providers and distributors. You may not:

  • Record, copy, or distribute content without permission
  • Remove watermarks or attribution
  • Claim ownership of any content

IPTV TALAA name, logo, and branding are our trademarks. You may not use them without written permission.

11. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important. We collect only:

  • Email address (for account communication)
  • Payment information (processed by third-party gateways, not stored by us)
  • WhatsApp number (for support)

We do NOT sell your data. We do NOT track your viewing habits. We use cookies only for essential website functionality.

12. Termination

By you: You may stop using our service at any time. Refunds are available within 30 days as per Section 6.

By us: We may terminate or suspend access immediately without prior notice for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Non-payment
  • Legal requirements

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IPTV TALAA shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits or data
  • Service interruptions beyond our control

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via:

  • Email (if you've provided one)
  • WhatsApp broadcast
  • Notice on our website

Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of new Terms.
